Our Founder, Danny Skipper, has a wealth of experience within transport & logistics operations, before that, Danny served in Afghanistan for the British Army, which is an honour and something we are very proud of. He has now established, developed and is successfully operating Skipper Recruit. 




Danny is a fully qualified HGV driver with 14 years experience who regularly steps in to get his hands dirty. He believes "you should never forget where it all began".

Skipper Recruit has been set up and led by an ex-army professional who became a HGV driver having left the army a few years ago.
