Our founder, Danny Skipper
Danny served in Afghanistan for the British Army, something we’re very proud to share.
Danny then spent 14 years as a fully qualified HGV driver, and to this day he regularly steps in to get his hands dirty!
With a wealth of experience within transport & logistics operations, Danny established, developed, and successfully operates Skipper Recruit having overseen recent expansion to incorporate a new Construction and M/E division.

Danny has a wealth of experience in both the recruitment and haulage industry with (15+ years as HGV driver & 3+ years driver trainer).
Danny enjoys playing and sponsoring his local rugby team, as well as motorcycling in his spare time.
Charlie Skipper
Senior Operations Manager
Charlie has spent many years in recruitment specialising in the logistics sector.
He is very passionate about the industry and prides himself on delivering excellent service to his clients and candidates. Charlie enjoys all sports and music.
Lianne Dickerson

When Lianne is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her children, watching football and playing bingo down at the local bingo hall.

Outside of work, Kim runs her own business and enjoys spending time with her dog. She also values socialising with family and friends whenever she gets the chance.
Gary Skipper
Construction Labour Advisor
Alongside his current role working for a groundwork’s team in Norfolk, Skip is advising our team on all things construction related while speaking to clients direct on the ground seeing if they have any labour requirements.
With 35+ years knowledge working as a site manager, plant operative, plus various other Roles this gives Skipper Recruit a massive insight to what happens on sites daily.
Skip in his spare times likes sleeping these days now he’s getting older (hahah) and trying to keep up with all his grandkids.
