Our founder, Danny Skipper
Danny served in Afghanistan for the British Army, something we’re very proud to share.
Danny then spent 14 years as a fully qualified HGV driver, and to this day he regularly steps in to get his hands dirty!
With a wealth of experience within transport & logistics operations, Danny established, developed, and successfully operates Skipper Recruit.

Founder & Managing Director
Danny has a wealth of experience in both the recruitment and haulage industry with (15+ years as HGV driver & 3+ years driver trainer).
Danny enjoys playing and sponsoring his local rugby team, as well as motorcycling in his spare time.
Charlie Skipper
Senior Operations Manager
Charlie has spent many years in recruitment specialising in the logistics sector.
He is very passionate about the industry and prides himself on delivering excellent service to his clients and candidates. Charlie enjoys all sports and music.
Nula Townsend
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Nula joined the recruitment industry after four years working in trade retail, where she developed strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills. Although new to recruitment, Nula is passionate about building strong connections and providing a friendly, reliable service to both clients and candidates.
With a background in Textiles from university, Nula has a creative eye and a keen attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys making her own clothes and exploring her passion for fashion and textiles. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends, as well as enjoying time with her dog.
Kim Wild
Recruitment Consultant
Kim specialises in recruitment, bringing a strong background in the medical sector. She is dedicated to providing a reliable and professional service, ensuring both clients and candidates receive the highest level of support throughout the recruitment process.
Outside of work, Kim runs her own business and enjoys spending time with her dog. She also values socialising with family and friends whenever she gets the chance.
